You know the super loose, super chunky type? Well, one day while we
were on the trains, I found out. Saw this school girl applying
stick glue on her legs! 
I asked my students about the length of Japanese school girl
skirts. They told me that it's the girls from public schools who do
that since private schools don't allow their students to have such
short skirts.
